Jurewicz Bladh Consulting AB or jubl Consulting (“jubl”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a marketing consultancy that helps clients plan, run and measure their digital advertising. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have in relation to that data.
Data controller: Jurewicz Bladh Consulting AB Registered address: Hildebergsvägen 2, 11762 Stockholm, Sweden Company registration number: 559314-0634 Contact for privacy matters: elin@jubl-consulting.com
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at the address above.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process the following categories of personal data:
Website visitors. When you visit jubl-consulting.com we may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view and how you arrived at our site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).
People who contact us. If you fill in a contact form, email us or otherwise get in touch, we process the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company and the contents of your message.
Client and prospect contacts. In the course of providing our services we process business contact details of the people we work with at client and prospective-client organisations.
Advertising and measurement data processed on behalf of clients. As part of our advertising services we operate advertising and analytics platforms on behalf of our clients, including the Google Ads platform via the Google Ads API and the Meta advertising platform. In that capacity we may process data relating to our clients’ own customers and website visitors — for example, online conversion events, click identifiers, and, where applicable, hashed contact identifiers (such as a securely hashed email address or phone number) used to measure advertising performance. For this data our client is the data controller and jubl acts as a data processor on the client’s instructions.
We use personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
To operate and improve our website and understand how it is used (legitimate interest, or consent where required for non-essential cookies). To respond to enquiries and communicate with you (legitimate interest, or steps taken to enter into a contract). To provide our consultancy and advertising-measurement services to clients, including configuring conversion tracking, uploading conversion events to advertising platforms, and reporting on campaign performance (performance of a contract, and our clients’ instructions where we act as processor). To comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations (legal obligation). To protect our rights and the security of our systems (legitimate interest).
jubl uses the Google Ads API to manage and measure advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We use Google API access solely to provide and improve the advertising-measurement services our clients have engaged us for — such as creating and managing conversion actions and uploading conversion events to our clients’ Google Ads accounts. We do not use data obtained through Google APIs for advertising of our own, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide these services, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have the relevant party’s consent, it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised.
We share personal data only where necessary, with the following categories of recipient:
Service providers and sub-processors who help us run our business and deliver our services — for example cloud hosting, advertising and analytics platforms (including Google and Meta), and credential-management tools. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Our clients, where we process advertising-measurement data on their behalf and as their processor.
Authorities and advisers, where we are required to share data to comply with the law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal data.
Some of our service providers are located outside the EU/EEA. Where we transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure your data remains protected.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Website analytics data is retained for a limited period. Enquiry and client-relationship data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for as long afterwards as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. Advertising-measurement data processed on behalf of clients is retained according to our clients’ instructions and the relevant platform’s retention settings.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are necessary for the site to function. With your consent, we may also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner and your browser settings.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to certain processing, to data portability, and — where we rely on consent — to withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at elin@jubl-consulting.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Sweden this is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through our website.
For any questions about this privacy policy or our data practices, contact us at elin@jubl-consulting.com or at the registered address above.
